Job description:

• To develop and implement business strategies and marketing efforts to promote ourelectrical appliance products to customers which consists of end-users, electrical consultants, distributors and government sectors.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Analyzing sales data, marketing metrics, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Create marketing plans aligned with marketing’s goals, conducting market research, analyzing trends, competition analysis and customer insights.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related sales and marketing working experience
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English& Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred
