Finances：

• Responsible for a full set of accounts.
• To ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner.
• Carry out daily financial accounting and accounting processing.
• Responsible for the sorting and archiving of relevant vouchers. 
• Coordinate with external tax / audit agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies and authorities for compliance and governance purpose.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of accounting / finance working experience.
• Experience in using Accounting Software & Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
• Can start immediately will be preferred.
